What does AML KW do?
AML KW brings customer screening, potential-match review, receipt information, monitoring requests and screening records into a shared workspace. It helps teams organise their work; the final assessment remains with your organisation.
Who is the platform designed for?
The platform is designed around the needs of businesses in Kuwait that perform customer due diligence and related reviews. Suitability depends on your sector, policies and operational requirements. Assess the workflow against those requirements before using it in production.
Can I explore the platform before creating an account?
You can read our solution pages and FAQ without an account. Customer screening and review tools are available in the authenticated workspace.
What information should I use for a screening?
Start with the customer's name and include an accurate date of birth and nationality when available. More complete identifying information gives the reviewer additional context for comparing possible matches. Check the information against appropriate supporting documents.
Does a potential match mean the customer is sanctioned?
No. A potential match is a candidate for investigation. Similar names and incomplete data can produce ambiguous results. Compare the source record and identifying details, then follow your organisation's escalation process.
Does a low score mean there is no risk?
No. Scores help organise review; they do not prove identity or eliminate risk. Consider the returned records, data quality, customer context and your own review criteria before making a decision.
How current is the screening information?
Coverage and freshness depend on the datasets imported into the deployed service. Check source and update information as part of your operational review. This website does not promise real-time updates or complete coverage of every list.
Can my team work in a shared workspace?
The application includes teams, membership management and role-based functions. Available actions depend on the user's role and account status. Keep membership and assigned responsibilities aligned with your internal process.
What does ongoing monitoring mean here?
You can create and manage monitoring requests to organise follow-up reviews. A monitoring request should not be treated as a guarantee of automatic continuous screening. Set review schedules and responsibilities within your organisation.
Can we look back at previous reviews?
The application includes screening history and audit logs, along with reporting workflows. Confirm that your record-keeping and export process meets your organisation's requirements before relying on it for operational retention.
Should I enter real customer information into the demo?
No. Keep customer records out of public forms. Use the authenticated workspace for authorised work, and only provide information that your organisation is entitled to process.
Does using AML KW guarantee compliance?
No. Software supports the review process. Your organisation remains responsible for its policies, data use, investigations, reporting decisions and applicable obligations. AML KW does not replace your compliance team or professional advice.
